Program Overview
Somali is a vibrant, oral language that has earned Somalis the title of the "Nation of Poets." Our World Languages and Cultures Department proudly offers four Somali language courses, along with a study abroad cultural course designed to deepen your language skills through immersive, real-world experiences. These courses provide a unique opportunity to not only learn the language but also explore its rich cultural roots firsthand.
