Declare your Major or Minor with WLC

To declare your major or minor, you will need to complete the form below. This form is for current Howard University undergraduate students who wish to make changes within their current school/college or adjust their academic program.

✅ You may use this form to:

• Change your major within the same school/college
• Declare a major (e.g., from “undecided” to a specific program within your school)
• Change your minor or concentration (within the same or a different school/college)

❌ Do NOT use this form if:

• You are changing your school/college
• You are a newly admitted student who has not yet registered for classes

Before completing this form, you must:

• Consult with the advisor of your intended major or minor
• Obtain the advisor’s Howard-issued email address

Email Requirements:

• Your Howard (Bison) email address (non-Howard email addresses will not be accepted)
• The Howard-issued email address of your new program advisor

Once submitted, all designated parties (you and your advisor) will receive an email invitation to complete the form via electronic signature.
